One of the most successful pieces of far right propaganda was to convince so many Christians that helping the poor, feeding the hungry, bringing healthcare to the sick, loving all our neighbors, and caring for our planet was “leftist” and wasn’t actually part of following Jesus.

It’s amazing to me just for how long @sarahkendzior.bsky.social has said that this is exactly what was going to happen. And said not with vague ambiguities. Just wrote substacks and whole books describing these moments in advance.

Trump might not know but of course Vance will be well aware of the many wars fought by European soldiers in the past 40 years. Vance will also know that the minerals deal is basically meaningless, having no chance of generating serious investment. So the objective is to end the Atlantic alliance.
