yey i'm glad i could be of help!! ^-^ i feel like skeb as a service has now developed into its own thing as a commission site, but knowing how it was conceptualized can make certain design features make more sense :)
the general idea is that you are tipping an artist to support them and as thanks the artist draws something for you, rather than ordering specific art from a menu with detailed pricing. this cultural context might be a helpful lens to look at the site's system!
generally skeb's system comes from japanese conventions' "ในใฑใ" culture, which is when you bring your own sketchbook to a convention and commission an artist to draw you something on the spot irl
maybe the translation is confusing? in japanese it's "ใใพใใ้้ก" and from my understanding it's more of a "standard price" for a piece regardless of content (though i'm sure it's case by case)

Chengxi's storyboards originally had these two cuts at different angles. He told me to improvise as much as I wanted, so I figured I'd save the background department a cut.
