Who makes the determination if someone is or is not a "domestic terrorist?" Does the determination happen after the person(s) have been arrested, detained, thrown to the ground, assaulted or murdered or before?????Seems to happen after ICE has committed a crime!

Well, this is all well and good--if we survive and are not involved in a civil war. What I do not understand is that our population outnumbers these MAGA goons by a huge number.
I am or have been wondering how we could hold them accountable?? Who carries the justice out? Who can enforce any decisions against tRump and his minions? Is this impossible?
A majority tRump's cabinet has to agree that he is not fit to serve--so will this, could this happen? What can we do? Will he declare Martial Law, do away with elections, and employ the military and ICE to do his bidding? This cannot be the way the USA ends can it? Someone help save us? Anyone??!!!!

Spokane did a great job today at the NO KINGS protest. I am proud of our community--even if we live in MAGA part of Washington state!
I was impressed with the many NO KINGS protests around my community and around the country. We outnumber the MAGA and American Fascist Party by a lot. So why are we tolerating this abuse and destruction of our country? Thoughts or ideas?
We must stand together as one nation defiant to fascism and authoritarian rule. If we do not, all is lost for EVERYONE!
All the court decisions, all the whining by the opposing groups mean NOTHING, unless we all act in unison and defy this take over. It's too late to rely on our legal system, it's too late to sue or bring charges.
What's happening to America?????? As long as people choose to ignore what is happening, then nothing will be done to stop the destruction of our democracy?
I have not posted in awhile, but it appears as though things are much worse than before. I say this because regardless of all of the "legal roadblocks" that have been place in front of tRump, nothing seems to stop him, and the MAGAs . . . why is that??
