Those are also the sounds you make when you see the cost of the speech chip for Qbert.

It uses a DIGITALKER 65104 MOZER chip. the same chip is in a few arcade games like Zaccaria's "Scorpion". Yeh, canned speech, think it's a similar concept to the TMC0280 (Speak and Spell) with compressed samples. I've got ROM images for extra vocabulary so may attempt to add those.
