Not ALL Republicans. I have a lot of Republican friends who didn’t vote for him and strongly feel the same way we all do. We need to be careful about that. We have to avoid attacking them like Trump attacks and turns his base against us. They are allies.
I started following the Walk for Peace monks and am working on mindfulness and inner peace. Also learning to stop stressing over what I have no control over. It’s helping some, but every time I get a handle on it he pulls more idiotic shit and I have to start all over again.
