Such an exciting moment! I can still vividly remember the first time experiencing the original as just a six year old! Mostly watched my dad play then, but have been a lifelong fan since.

Looking back at this piece, I felt the values weren’t pushed enough before. So I addressed that and fixed up some parts of the drawing that was bothering me. Really exciting to see Tomb Raider is poised to make a big comeback this year across all media.

I’ve been catching up on the podcast whenever I’m working on pages, and I really loved your interviews with Morrison! The second one in particular, the moments when talking about ‘writer’s block,’ I’ve played it for my students as that’s something they constantly worry over with their own art.

When I played Tomb Raider as a kid, the Lost Valley certainly left an impression. I’ve played almost every game in the series since, and I’m so excited to revisit the Lost Valley once more with Legacy Of Atlantis! Likely my final full color piece for 2025!
