I don't think so with Josh. Gamer especially was very nasty towards Josh up until around 40, then his opinions changed. But Josh went very deep into 40, so he couldn't have been a major supplier. And that's the last time he was on.

I think once someone Gamer or Pink have an existing relationship with is eliminated the info will start flowing.
In the case of Britney's patreon, it's about preserving a space where guests feel open to say things. If things get leaked everywhere then the "leak worthy" info will stop being shared by guests. Sharing stuff is akin to killing the golden goose.
