Finally got around to watching The Super Mario Movie just now.
It was, in fact, The Super Mario Movie.
I've been mulling on this for quite a while, but Rollers are basically to the other Splatoon weapon classes what grapplers are to the other fighting game archetypes. A similar comparison can be drawn between Blasters and zoners.

As a casual player, there needs to be more Splatoon content in general imo. Creators like Vicvillon, Alphastar, Etce are important for introducing newer players and therefore cultivating a potential audience for competitive players/tournaments.
