The drawings feature Tenna and Spamton as they are in Castletown, one drawing featuring Spamton laying in Tenna's lap like a cat while Tenna holds/pets him and looks off with a tired expression. The other drawing features Tenna laying back in bed, wearing his shoulder braces, holding Spamton gently on his chest. Spamton says "... UR [Heartshaped] SOUND IZ DIFF[rent due], T-[Tenor]." and Tenna responds with "Ah... I uh, think some stuff came loose in there. When I uh. Well.... Yknow." referring to the Knight attack.

After waking up the morning after he's cleaved he is in a lot of pain (muttering to himself "oh god why did i sleep on the floor") and gets checked out by Swatch, the Ambyu-lances, and Small Mike, who assist in further patching him up and placing his arms in slings for support. He's shown resting in bed in a couple sketches. On his bedside table (which is the podium from his gameshow) is a vase of flowers and a Get Well Soon card signed by his crew. he's also shown drinking soup with his nose.
