I'm being driven completely mad by the use of the word "documents," when what is really meant is "pages." One million new documents? 30,000 documents? Nope - those figures (to the extent they're even accurate) represent pages of documents. The incorrect use of "documents" occurs everywhere.
Like some others on BlueSky, I'm a lawyer in Seattle who has appeared before Judge Coughenour. He's very smart, very conservative, completely no-nonsense, and no bullshit. He's hard on all counsel appearing before him, but absolutely cannot abide a lawyer who is unprepared and/or unethical.
