this is the cycle of adhd burnout, and it won't go away unless I take medication, think of it as this, I'm focus on one task, and my brain remembers tasks I forgot to do, now I'm trying to do five tasks at once, meanwhile my brain is thinking of things to keep myself entertained instead of the tasks

It's like a normal burnout, but it's constant, I'm burnt out from sleeping, sitting, cleaning, etc etc, I want to do something, but after a few minutes or so I just feel so burnt out, and relaxing doesn't help, it just makes me more burnt out, and I don't have medicine for it because no insurance.

Sheesh, hope you get better, and as for my week, it's good, but adhd burnout is a pain
