we could have democratically run all girl kitchens but no we have to put up with some molecular gastronomy moriarty stabbing people in the knees like an angry crab all because a french guy 400 years ago thought we needed to boil celery and give it a rank

Ben, a chef in Australia, who worked at Noma in 2012, said that punishing all the employees for one person’s mistake was routine. “He just went down the line and punched us in the chest” while yelling expletives into their faces, said the chef, who asked that his surname not be used because he feared retaliation. “Even the interns who had been upstairs picking elderflowers.”

When Mr. Redzepi wanted to discipline them but there were customers in the dining room, several employees said, he would crouch under the counters in the open kitchen and jab them in the legs with his fingers or a nearby utensil, like a barbecue fork.

One former cook, who requested anonymity because he feared retaliation, said Mr. Redzepi had physically attacked him more times than he could remember during his time at Noma. He recalled that one night in 2011 Mr. Redzepi noticed that he had left a tiny tweezer mark on a flower petal as he placed it onto a dish. Mr. Redzepi, he said, grabbed the straps of his apron and slammed him against the wall, then punched him twice in the stomach.

The artwork "As the Volante" by Remedios Varo features a surreal figure seamlessly fused with a spiraling, fiery landscape, manipulating a steering wheel as if charting an ethereal journey. Varo, a key figure in the Surrealist movement, often infused her works with dreamlike narratives and mystical symbolism, as seen in the otherworldly fusion of human and mechanical elements in this piece.

(Beartato and Reginald, in a museum, gaze upon the Mona Lisa)

BEARTATO: There it is. The Mona Lisa. The most famous painting in history.
REGINALD: Wow! What's it do?

BEARTATO: It... what?
REGINALD: Why's it famous? What's it do?

(Beartato thinks.)

BEARTATO: I don't know.

REGINALD (to nearly museum employee): Excuse me! Sir? What's it do?

EMPLOYEE: You're the first person to ask! Watch this!

(The employee yanks a pull-string. Mona Lisa's eyes spin around and her mouth opens like a puppet)
MONA LISA: Honk honk! Honk honk!

(Everyone is delighted. This is true art.)

There are two episodes (the airplane one and the roommates one) that are some of the best comedy I've ever seen in television. Maybe the ratings were bad, but Adult Swim dropped the ball there!

I Don’t Think About You (Much Anymore)
I Don’t Think About You (Much Anymore) YouTube video by Tim Heidecker - Topic
