Finally head down, making some progress on my WIP and it feels STRANGE to be drafting again after so many months editing, rewriting, and querying. It’s a different muscle. #amwriting #writingcommunity

It’s one of those times where I could sit up all night reading if it weren’t for the prospect of work tomorrow. It wouldn’t be the first time, but I’m older now.

My opponent just made a blunder which will award me his queen. I am giddy waiting for him to move his king out of check.

Finally sitting down and getting words on pages! Sadly, I’m having to reread chapters and chapters of my WIP to get my head back in the game. I’ve been too long away and forgotten many of my previous plot ideas.
