Regional news. Al Jazeera has a slightly negative view on Iran generally because their country got hit also but is somewhat reasonable. There's a ton of fog of war, so I'm basing what I'm saying here on IRGC statements verified by regional news and reading between the lines on Iranian state media.

The whole conflict is a kind of weird artillery duel and this strongly favors their geographically distributed and independently operating missile brigades, but that doesn't mean they aren't unified in strategy and answering to a functional command structure.

That they've done this in a unified way seems that the essentials of command & control are back and they're working in a coordinated manner. I think they are still using a distributed command structure mostly to avoid giving the US easy target selection, but I don't think they are ronins now.

They recently, as in the last two days, switched from large waves of small ordinance missiles to launching much larger ordinance. They aren't supply crunched, so this appears to be a coordinated decision that US missile defense has failed so they can use the big guns without risk of getting stopped.
