FB lost whatever small amount of credibility it had. People don't want to do AI for a company that's so dishonest when there's so much at stake.
After doing the 70-person usability study with
@kevin-indig.bsky.social I can say with 100% certainty we're fooling ourselves by relying so much on click data. Search behavior with AIO and other SERP features is complex, but it follows CLEAR PATTERNS. Click data is 1/2 the story.
