A week in Costa Rica and all I can say is, god I missed my bidet.

Morning asana again at 7:00am, another amazing breakfast, an hour or so hike, lunch in a bit then the sweat log this afternoon.
Vida Asana Yoga Retreat has been amazing so far. Yoga at 7:00, a great breakfast, and hour by the pool where I napped a bit before nor hour massage, a quick shower then had another great meal (lunch) and now some hammock time.

You know I think an old fashion stay at home and listen to albums (actual vinyl records) with the light turned down low is what needs to happen tonight. Breaking out the Smiths, Depeche Mode, and Tears for Fears albums would be a good way to start.
