Hey! I have done this injury before! (Also from coughing!) Absolutely everything hurt like the dickens for a while. They had to put me on staggering doses of ibuprofen just so I could take full breaths again. It'll heal, but it's a shitty injury, I'm sorry you have to deal with it.
