No matter cis or trans, I've never met a person who believed me, less so cared of tried to help. And it's been a decade. And 100 % of them would disagree with that, even though they have nothing to show for. Literally just a month ago, one from an org told me to make my peace with being exploited.

Gaming was the last thing I had to sooth my mind, but since Saturday, I've had what seems to be a tendinitis and basically cannot do anything with my main hand anymore. I imagine my therapist will suggest I start doing pushups.

It's forbidden to say this is basically "serve or die" by the way. And you have to be silent no matter what. And it's also forbidden to talk about it.

When I say I need to not always be the one reaching out, initiating or making all the first steps (and usually all the other steps) : "You can't expect people to do what they do for others".

When I tell my doctor I can't take the medication because of my fear of needles : "That's your problem." When I tell the pharmacist the medication they give me always only last two months : "No, we put enough for a bit more than three." When I tell my therapist about such issues : "Visit a museum."

The problem with therapy being spoken, instead of written, is that I can't quote the answers I gave to all of the other therapists who all had the same basic questions. I believe the awkwardness it would create would help make them understand how exhausting they are for ignoring all the past work.

Another therapist who thinks I need empowerment when this grit of mine is actually the reason they see me as uncooperative instead of incapacitated. And still 0 person total believing me out of the 100 % of them pretending to believe victims.

I could not agree more. When the ones responsible are other lesbians though, it just becomes a popularity contest where the defeated is pushed to extinguish herself. And then the far-right will be blamed for her death.

Just realized I got lectured by a spoiled kid. Her conclusion was that I should accept relationships to always be one-way and never mutual, basically serving in silence. And also that I should not call this parasitism, predatory or abusive. Her thousands of followers call her feminist.

and if me not voting is functionally a vote for the right wing candidate ? then we don't have a two party system. if not voting counts one way but not the other, you have a dictatorship with a controlled opposition to keep the people happy

The other deception here is also the meaning of the word "care". "Thoughts and prayers", "hug if consented" and the likes, these are no signs of caring, these are just self-advertisement. And the reality remains unchanged, unchallenged even, to use a more meaningful word.

Supposed lie : "No one cares about you." That's like the burden thing. And to disprove a "no one", it only takes one name. One name is not enough though, but it does not matter when one is already impossible.

What matters to them is to not help, and from there will they weave a narrative that suits their good conscience.

Supposed lie : "You don't deserve help." This one's tricky, it's the scope that's wrong. Because you do indeed deserve help, it's just the people who can actually help, they disagree. No matter in which way they disagree, they disagree enough in order not to help.

So, if you don't, are you really lucky ? Having to live with that risk again would be an improvement.

Supposed lie : "You're a burden". To whom ? There is a point where the possibility of being a burden is already an improvement. Like, losing loved ones is awful, but you need to have loved ones in the first place.

And nothing indicates this will change, because it would have changed by then. Unless I have an new idea to try, but I haven't had any new in a while.

Supposed lie : "You will never be happy again, things will never get better." Yeah, if you die, that's exactly what will precisely happen. Things do not magically get better with enough patience. I've had patience (and hard work) for 10 years and things only got worse.

Stumbled upon a video about "lies" depression tells people and it's baffling how off-topic it is for a whole range of situations. Situations where this video will basically do only harm. Therefore, I must take a shit on it.

It does make me relativise my scoliosis. My scoliosis is bad, but at least it's not That bad.
