I grew up in logistics and I worked with a LOT of people with degrees who were driving a fork lift truck
I'd be interested to see the numbers, but my guy tells me it's not new
I love that we've had so much love from the Bluesky HR community for this and we've added so many views to the survey

The way they used our framework to talk about the drivers of these outcomes was awesome
Engagement is fab, but it's not the only outcome that matters
Creating a narrative that is understandable by everyone in the organisation is also a happy outcome of Px3

We developed Px3โข as a framework for measuring the experience at work that was focused on being able to take meaningful action
Today I ran a report back session for a client who have used it to create three paths to three outcomes

Attended the @cipd.bsky.social Northampton branch event on Friday and very much enjoyed hearing from the panel talking about career journeys with the students from UoN and attendees
Sime time in operations, networking, learning from others and through experience that is backed up by qualifications
