As I understand it, this was an exercise with the Indian Navy and both Iran and US participated.
As I understand it, this was an exercise with the Indian Navy and both Iran and US participated.
I wouldnβt be defending torpedoing an unarmed ship returning from joint training THAT WE PARTICIPATED IN and then leaving the survivors to drown, but thatβs just me.
That Iranian Navy ship we torpedoed had no ammunition on board because that was a requirement to participate in the MILAN 2026 exercise (organized by the Indian Navy).
The US Navy knew this because IT ALSO PARTICIPATED IN THE EXERCISE. What a national embarrassment.

the cheapest and most abundant and utile political resource for the american ruling class is muslim life. this has been true my entire life. you can never go wrong slaughtering muslims
yeah, we're being pushed into Copilot. And I keep trying it, but this insistence on changing unrelated code makes it more trouble than it's worth for me. But my job doesn't usually require me to write a lot of lines of code; most of my commits are quite small.
fwiw, got a very quick reply to my cancellation request, and others on Reddit appear to have received refunds after requesting cancellation
FB post from Mark Schifter, saying "They're coming - a few pallets here" above a clearly AI-generated picture of pallets of loudspeakers, some with garbled text.
Closer crop of garbled text.
welp, I've been waiting almost 2 months for a well-reviewed bargain subwoofer to ship and just found this post on the company owner's FB page
I didn't look closely, but it doesn't seem too surprising. Yet another lovely facet of the AI age.
My greatest aspiration is to end my career having written net negative lines of code.
It's funny that reviewing AI slop code is currently consuming time that I should be spending on threat research, which in this case is studying the various ways crowdsourced agentic AI will enable hackers to absolutely wreck people's digital lives.
The people touting the great efficiency of code-generating AI (because god knows we need MOAR SOFTWARE!!1!) sure as hell aren't the ones reviewing the code.
(My suspicion is that nobody is reviewing the code, and based on the slop I review, I have to say: lol, you're gonna get pwned so hard.)
One of my favorite things about doing code reviews on Copilot slop is how the LLM makes hundreds of slight code changes with zero functional effect, meaning I get to read a few hundred (or thousand) extra lines of code trying to see which changes are actually significant.
Our Ambassadors should have a basic understanding of the Constitution. But apparently, that's too much to ask of this Admin.
Trump's pick to be Ambassador to El Salvador (who was also Noem's deputy at DHS) had trouble answering basic questions about our Constitution.
Sen. Markwayne Mullin has died of taking a standardized third grade reading level test. He is expected to be replaced at the Department of Homeland Security by two stray dogs humping.
It's this dude. Everything is about to become stupider.
That account is almost exclusively a reply-guy defending Platnerβs Nazi tattoo. (Probably not actually Graham, which is even sadder?)
hi Graham
You're right, Ryan. Nobody had this information. Because it's not true.
That album just magically reappeared on my phone yesterday for like the 7th time since I first deleted it.
lol, Ryan apparently got this "information" from a Nazi:
bsky.app/profile/i-br...
oof, well that doesn't help Ryan's theory
Two more words: Stephen Miller.
Yes, Ryan. There are antisemites married to Jews. There are virulent white racists with Black spouses. Racism is not logical and a person can genuinely love some people of a given race/ethnicity/nationality/etc. while still being bigoted as hell.
Intercept brain strikes again.
βOld white guy needs elaborate conspiracy theories to explain the passage of timeβ is unfortunately the root of most our problems right now.
clean some new survey data the other day, and it did everything so slickly, with authoritative comments and a glut of helper functions I wouldnβt even have considered creating, that I almost felt stupid looking under the hood. Good job I did, because it was full of errors. And this was Opus.
you mean I'm not the only person who has used their pristine and immense intellect to convince an LLM that there are not, in fact, three Bs in blueberry?
