I loved how similar to the telltale gotg it takes elements from both the comics & films that work while still standing out as its own depiction. Also this game has an entire album for it which like.. come on
My only regret is not waiting for it to be on sale LOL. Paid £60 and a month later was £35😭

Gotg game - now THIS is an underrated gem. Screwed over by the failure of the avengers game & a very long e3 showcase that made people tired of the game before it even came out- but MAN is this a fun game and such a cool portrayal of the guardians. The gameplay is just so good too.

I have always been a big greek mythology fan so this game instantly appealed to me and god it’s just so good. Another one like bg3 where i dont feel i need to say much bc like.. what can i say that hasnt been said. Also shoutout to god mode. Cant wait to play the sequel

Fire Emblem Echoes Shadows of Valentia
Echoes is by no means a perfect game, or the best fe game, but it’s my favourite for many reasons. Its gorgeous art direction, voice acting and music elevate it so much for me that i can excuse its awful map design LOL

All the characters are such perfect narrative foils for each other and I love how sympathetic they are towards each others struggles in the later parts of the game, i love how many endings there are, i love the unique romance dialogues for when you’re playing an origin character, god this game good

Baldur’s Gate 3
I’ll keep this shorter bc like.. what can I say about this game that hasn’t been said already. It’s a fantastic game - from its characters to its story to its gameplay to its music ohh my god. Gale is my favourite character i just adore him for so many reasons

I love how imperfect the cast of this game is , this reddit post summarises it very well. Just a brilliant story about people experiencing relatable struggles and trying to not just survive but Live in such a bleak future that’s so eerily close to reality . just fucking brilliant please play it
