Assume you have a paper rejected with good comments in Journal A. After working on the comments, you want to send it journal B. Do you think it helps if you tell the editor at Journal A about the history of the paper? or just say nothing?
This place, I see people who arrived early for whom everything is back in place, then me just arriving having opened the account years ago. Hope I catch up
In the short run, aid reduces migration preferences but in the medium to long term, aid increases income and reduces poverty and hence incentivizes migration. Awesome new paper from @heidland.bsky.social & colleagues
