This is just an extension of my headcanon that Caine would prob have some kind of breeding kink + despite being the bottom generally, will be only one who survives the encounter lol. Which tbh, I think would be an interesting question; whether a corporate entity stripped him of internal desire for marketability, or if he ripped out that part of him himself and made bubble out of it to make himself ‘perfect’ in a bid to appease his creators. God I love this character

On that note, I think there’s an interesting that Bubble (currently theorized as an extension of Caine’s thoughts, specifically ‘undesirable ones’) implies that Caine actually does experience or understand sexual desire, but has cut it off and made it as into a separate entity, willingly or not

Like it honestly becomes a really interesting parallel for grief. Just holding it in the stomach and never *processing* it,but that can only go so long until there’s no more room, and you ultimately vomit up everything at once (horrible and painful, but a big step to actually feel better)

Honestly me and some other folks in the Caine Angst discord have theorycrafted on caine eating people (see the Fudge Monster and the Angel) and I still find it really interesting. The potential metaphor in the cellar being his stomach, but never actually digesting the abstracted…
