The nurse said he's mostly incoherent and unresponsive, or asleep. He's been in memory care for several months, but we weren't even told that he was in hospice care since somewhere around the 29th or 30th of last month.

When you get a call from a hospice nurse, telling you that she was asked by his wife to call and let you know your father may not survive the week.
I didn't even know he was in hospice care. I'm not even sure what to do right now.
