#SportRehab #AthleticTraining #AthleticTherapy
Are there any colleagues in #AthleticTraining or #AthleticTherapy that are using lists on here to build a community?
Please can you look at the Android tablet app so it can be used in landscape mode?
I see @wfatt.bsky.social has just joined Bluesky. Please follow if you're interested in the international landscape for Sport Rehabilitation and Athletic Training.

Really easy to make with only a few ingredients, and it'll make plenty!
Mine went into 6 portions at 310 cals and 30g protein each (Bolognese only).
Anyway. That's that. Apologies to all of Italy for any errors I'm not a chef ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐น
Stir occasionally while simmering and add beef stock (as required) if the sauce is becoming too thick.
Adjust your seasoning to taste and add a pinch of nutmeg at the end.
Serve over your favourite pasta. I went for fresh tagliatelle ๐๐ป
Next add 150mls of whole milk (yeah, not joking, it softens the meat and balances the acidity of the tomato) and cook gently until combined. Then add 400g of chopped tomatoes and two tablespoons of tomato puree. Mix well and place on a low simmer for 2hrs.
Add a 50/50 mix of beef and pork mince (300g each). Fry until browned. Add 150mls of dry white wine and cook until evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dice an onion, two large carrots and two sticks of celery. Fry them off in two tablespoons of olive oil for 5-7 mins.
Traditional Ragu alla Bolognese ๐
Not my usual kind of post, but I'm playing about with posting threads.
This was tonight's dinner and it was so good (if I do say so myself) that I'm going to give you the recipe.

It got a few comments in the playground!
Only one mode of transport appropriate for the school run today!
They won't come close to achieving it given that they're relying on private co's to do the building. House builders are only going to build when there's strong demand & they can sell for profit. While interest rates and prices remain high, demand will be lower and so will the appetite to build.
Admin heavy processes like this should be getting cheaper and quicker with AI and automation, not more expensive.
I'll be joined by the brilliant Justin Strain and Will Boutwood from Southern Health NHS FT, and Os Ammar from the Professional Standards Authority.
If you're attending the MSK Conference and Therapy Expo then be sure to stop by Theatre B at 2:50pm on the Thursday for our talk: Competency-based employment: a pioneer project to introduce sports rehabilitators to the NHS.
