and this only began when i moved here, and also i HAVE vacuumed and dusted, put an air purifier on, etc, and im still Bad, so im assuming at this point it's either a secret mold that's going to kill me or im allergic to mere existence in this area

i used to not have allergies and now i do but having a sickly victorian orphan wet cough until i take my allegra daily is very Challenging when it's flu season and everyone starts thinking i'm ill. i promise im not sick, im just unable to live in my zip code and function normally apparently

Highly recommend humidifiers regardless, I don't think my sinuses or skin would survive winter air without one

try humidifying the room a bit and also consider wearing slippers indoors if you don't already! not wearing wool also might help if you're bundled up
