It would be more honest to point out that Lurie lied in his public tweets, claiming DSA was chanting it. It was a deliberate lie, and good journalism would ask him about that.

Why are SF’s elected officials telling lies to the public about their political enemies? And not just any lies, but trying to falsely paint them as anti-Jewish? This is a really ugly look for SF’s elected officials. Do we really want folks who use fearmongering and lies representing San Francisco?
