Started accidentally putting together an all analog recording setup, getting old broken stuff around town, fixing it, and/or trading. Yamaha PM series mixer for preamps, Fostex R8 reel to reel, Yamaha cassette. Maybe I’ll pick up a mixer for monitoring and just go all in on no computer recording.
I’ve been teaching all my guitar students how to play Killing In The Name. Even the six year olds. Sometimes they play it the best.
Listened to Pablo Torre for the first time and it’s funny that he’s doing groundbreaking journalism uncovering how one of the richest owners in major league sports is funneling money under the table and Pablo’s co-hosts keep interrupting him to be like “do you wanna hear my Obama impression?”
Gonna get a haircut for the first time in over a year. Lemme know what era Paul I should do.
