Meet Blair, heroine of my personal project Hallow Hill. She's a young mother who will venture into creepy woods in search of her recently kidnaped daughter.
Very proud of this one in particular π«Άπ

I've seen 3 month courses too. Buy our secret sauce! Become a riot splash artist in 3 easy steps!!
And I am all for following dreams. I will never not encourage someone to learn any form of game art no matter how fucked the industry is. Do it cause you love it and eventually it will come, but it needs dedication and plan Bs, not magic solutions from expensive ass schools.
Most of the teachers aren't even active in the industry workforce and have very insubstantial experience, and somehow they're gonna turn kids into pros in 6 months? And where exactly are they going to find entry level/junior gigs? Cause there aren't any!! π€‘π€‘π€‘
I'm starting to get very sick and tired of this epidemic of art schools that promise you will become a capable concept artist AND illustrator or 3D artist or animator or whatever in 6 fucking months. No you won't. They're preying on the dreams of kids for a fortune.
Meet Adam and Blair, two of Hallow Hill main characters. I loved getting my 18th century portrait artist pants on for these two.
Controversial opinion time but I'm sick of art schools doing "illustration and concept art" courses as if those weren't two separate career paths that deserved undivided study to master. At this point just make a "paint on the computer" course and call it a day.

Meet Hallow Hill, a personal project I've been working on for the past few months where Outlander meets Silent Hill.ππ©Έ
So far I've done concept work for all the monsters, one of which is this very nice lady.

A portrait of Harrowhark Nonagesimus from the Locked Tomb series. A spooky figure clad in dark clothing further adorned with skeletal ornaments. She's got short black hair and her face is fully painted like a skull.
I've just finished the trilogy and I'm officially joining the Alecto waiting room.
