I don't know your situation, and I'm not asking. People can be traumatized listening to other people's stories. If you don't have a similar trauma, you open yourself up to even more. Much better to trust your therapist on this.
I'm sorry you felt excluded from that PTSD group. As someone who has studied PTSD and worked with both veterans and civilians, there is a very good treatment reason to separate different PTSD sufferers into separate groups. I wish you well.

So ... I got an Instant Pot for Christmas. The promises are hollow. "Just 15 min on the pressure cooker setting, then eat!" What's they forgot to say is it takes 20 min to come up to pressure THEN 15 min of #cooking THEN 15 more min of letting the pressure reduce naturally. Blah.
