one of the neat things about submitting to the fancier lit mags is that by the time they send you a rejection all the cells in your body have been replaced with newer cells, they're not rejecting you but as past version of yourself, how quaint

I'd eat that sick or healthy.
Same
I told you theyβd come after Veteransβ benefits. www.stripes.com/veterans/202...
Why are there Pop Tarts, but no Mom Tarts.
It's the damn pastryarchy.
Lost a dental crown while eating Milk Duds. Hadn't eaten them in years. Probably will never eat them again. A sad day.
Harold Bell Wright's The Shepherd of the Hills is great. The Winning of Barbara Worth was his most popular book. He had at least 5 best selling novels in the early 20th Century.
Arrowsmith is my favorite Sinclair Lewis novel, but they are all striking. He got death threats from writing Elmer Gantry.
He-Man and the Pronouns of the Universe
"Minnesota Nice" means no to ICE.
Black-and-white photograph of Ursula K. Le Guin in her later years, seated comfortably in a wicker chair in front of a bookshelf filled with books. The acclaimed science fiction and fantasy author has short white hair, warm eyes, and a gentle smile as she gazes directly at the camera. She wears a dark long-sleeved shirt, her arms crossed and resting on her lap, with a bracelet on one wrist and a ring on her finger. To the right of the portrait is the vibrant cover of the 50th Anniversary Edition of her novel The Left Hand of Darkness, featuring a bold blue starry gradient background with the title in white text and her name prominently displayed.

Maybe ... it's best that we interact as two people instead of interacting in therapy. I bet we would have a lot in common if we just sat down and talked.
I don't know your situation, and I'm not asking. People can be traumatized listening to other people's stories. If you don't have a similar trauma, you open yourself up to even more. Much better to trust your therapist on this.
I'm sorry you felt excluded from that PTSD group. As someone who has studied PTSD and worked with both veterans and civilians, there is a very good treatment reason to separate different PTSD sufferers into separate groups. I wish you well.
Tell your friend that battery operated CPAPs are easily found online (with a prescription). Cheaper than a generator.
The struggle is real.
I found it easier to clean than my rice cooker. That's a big selling point for me.
I get that. And I think I like it. But my first encounter meant dinner was late.
So ... I got an Instant Pot for Christmas. The promises are hollow. "Just 15 min on the pressure cooker setting, then eat!" What's they forgot to say is it takes 20 min to come up to pressure THEN 15 min of #cooking THEN 15 more min of letting the pressure reduce naturally. Blah.
I asked my 98-year-old father-in-law if he was hoarding #clothes #hangers in his #closet, and he said he might have 5. Yeah. No wonder I was having trouble hanging Permanent Press.
But stories stoning adults is okay? Jessie Hutchinson's age isn't given ...
My spouse bought a jar of cocktail onions for a relish tray at our #Christmas open house yesterday. According to the jar, a single serving of 8 cocktail onions have 5 Calories. That's (let me get my calculator) 4 Gibson #martinis. Sure is a tipsy way to eat one serving of cocktail onions!
yup
Consider Parables as a great genre for inspiring change
Different pictures of Van Dyke throughout the years
Happy 100th birthday to Dick Van Dyke!
The actual quote from 1 Timothy 6:10 is "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil."
So if you listen to classical music is your age over 200? Asking for me.
Since I havenβt seen anyone mention this: When the U.S. commits war crimes it puts our troops in danger also, as it gives a green light to other countries that they can do the same to us
