As a Brit when I go to the USA I like to flick channels between MSNBC & Fox to see how mental & tribal the US is. I'm over here on this platform watching. Yep the USA is mental & Tribal. You know not engaging with each other & refusing to acknowledge a different view isn' is why you've got Trump.

I'm trying people over here but apart from people moaning about Trump & photos of different types of mushrooms (not sure what the correlation is) Its a bit meh - I'll keep trying though. Its time we sat in the same rooms & had proper debates.

Thats all there is left now is 'takes' no on the ground politics, no arguments over ideas - just endless amounts of 'takes' which mean nothing & do nothing.

Dont get excited its got a readership of maximum 2000 people its a communist newspaper & the British press in the main are very right or liberal.

Someone needs to tell the Americans that the Morning Star is a decent publication its fringe because its the communist paper & it's read by a couple of thousand people max. The UK newspapers are right or liberal.

How dare they ‘decolonise’ Of Mice and Men? Steinbeck’s Depression-era novel may grate with woke puritans, but it still speaks to working-class struggles.

Ha ha finally remembered my password. So I'll be giving Blusky a go. I'll start as I mean to go on over here. Inflation figures by our Government are bollocks. Rents up by 10% Energy 11% & bus fares 50%. Its still grim for the British working class.

I'm going to try it out here - I gave up on threads and Instagram & Facebook. Do I have enough interest left in maintaining any Social Media account now. Not sure.
