Any time I do that, I wind up in bed by 7pm. I always go in with the best intentions, a gameplan of "we're gonna stop after brunch, nap, and go out for legit dinner and start again". (It never happens)
Every few years I forget and look it up and remember why I've never done it. I will overpay for it but.... dammmmmn thats a lot.
Who actually has done it?
Can you guys just hurry up and win it all this year?
My tears taste like cheese and spotted cow.
I wonder if they're gonna keep putting him out there now that they're essentially eliminated and playing for next year.
I didn't think the Bears game was peak for them by any means. SF was a nice beatdown but they left some stuff on the table in that one (quay drop, watson drop, etc). First half vs Miami would def put in the "peak" arena.
Wayne dropped a beaut at the end: "...the Packers have been coming hard all night..."
Gukesh sidestepping the French today with 1.d4. Clearly he has learned his lesson.
Wow, that's a pleasant surprise. I didn't even know Jesus Mah-Dey existed until seeing this.
I had an era where I felt like this about Applebee's $1 long islands and half priced apps after 9pm, but that time has passed.
I'm with you on Wisconsin Waffle House.
Yes! At one point last season the Packers were staring at 2-5 and it felt like might be playing the rest of '23 for a top pick to re-set the starting QB hunt.
15-6 since.
What a game. Ding lands the first blow.
I need this beer to be delicious.
I forgot that was even happening!
He's been old my whole life. To his credit, he doesn't seem much older than he did when I started watching him on Fox as a kiddo in the '90s.
I made it a one day work week and am now regretting why I didn't just say **** it to the whole week.
They are awesome at losing devastatingly this year.
A loss next week should be it. Weird thing is they had worse teams the past couple seasons, but better results because the schedule is so much tougher.
This is a safe space.
I believe they haven't won at home since. That's amazing.
I think Minnesota is better, but getting the game at home gives them a fighters chance. I think they're a little better than Nebraska, but playing in Lincoln on senior day it's about the same odds.
They had that winning stretch where they pounded bad teams and I figured they'd find a way to get that 6th win. I'm not confident anymore. They can beat Nebraska or Minnesota, but will they? 50/50 at best.
Next year is promising. They're going to get better at QB. Assuming Vinny sticks around he could have a huge year.
Yup, almost the difference between lock and coinflip.
I guess it can be suggested he was traded a season too late, (who knows what Love's trajectory becomes if he starts a season earlier) but Gutey getting that deal done with the Jets for Rodgers was brilliant.
I would get it because of the branding alone, but it also tastes great. They nailed it with the cream ale.
