Trump moves to relax rules against killing migratory birds The Interior Department suspended a legal opinion holding companies liable for accidentally killing ducks, cranes, pelicans, owls and other bird species.

Passed in 1918, the Migratory Bird Species Act is once again being gutted by Trump. This will take penalties away from oil and energy companies.

Democracy is one thing. Destruction of the planet's species is another.
