A court filing by ICE allgedly disputes the claim that Estefany Rodriguez Florez was arrested without a warrant. Her attorneys have called for immediate release, but ICE has asked a judge to deny the request.

Estefany Rodriguez Florez, a Colombian reporter for Nashville Noticias critical of ICE, was detained by ICE during a traffic stop.
Her attorney say agents never showed a warrant.
She has a valid work permit, application for asylum and seeks legal status through her U.S. citizen husband.
28 year old Aliyah Henderson of Cleveland was arraigned today for murdering her two daughters and burying them in suitcases in a field.

The Associated Press reports that evidence suggests the deadly bombing at a girls elementary school in Minab was caused by a U.S. airstrike. Over 165 people were killed and most of them were children. Satellite images show most of the school reduced to rubble.
