"BLKTRUK". "PROVOST". "NUMMIES". "SENPAI".
Any examples of said cool new things off the top of your head?
You: Folks, Halloween is over. Ready your string lights.
Me: Folks, we're in Starlight Saving Time now. Ready your "Bold Orion" rendition.
"MISPELD". "MORBID". "ADAGE". Does your town have license plates like this?
It disguises any imperfection in any context. You can paint entirely using different sizes and transparencies of Blackburn and look like a compositional genius who used 14 different brushes.
The Blackburn brush in Procreate is the Multicam of brushes.

Fellas, is it gay to know yourself? I mean, think about it. It's not only that you're getting intimate with a man. Women are stereotypically better at self-understanding, so you're learning a feminine skill. And learning feminine skills and using them to get intimate with men is pretty gay.
The only thing not to fear is fear itself.
how are you measuring your working memory?
[I should clarify, I know very little about Mastodon's paradigm in particular, which is probably where the use of "federated" comes from, but what I've seen doesn't make me optimistic.]
I don't mean that switching to Bluesky would actually make most people a different kind of social media user by itself. What it would do, is give people - particularly young, impressionable people - a *subconscious paradigm* for how social media is supposed to work, that is decentralized.
People don't particularly want federated over centralized, because they don't understand or have the attention span to think about the difference, but I don't think they actually prefer centralized. It's all about how much work they have to do & Bluesky surprises me with how much it offers for free.
True industry has the same beauty as nature: things are where they are because they serve a purpose, not because it looks as expected with them that way, so they get to be *interesting*.
surely you have a latch on the inside of your bathroom door?
i lived in a house like that once, it was 90+ years old. except I think you could lock the bathroom doors from the inside if you fiddled the doorknob a certain way? and we *had* one of the skeleton keys. several of my friends in high school lived in similar hice
no latch on your bathroom door even?
I don't actually know [especially since toppost has been deleted], but I'm *guessing* what Cats of Yore is saying is that if cats are sentient, then tailor-making more pets under possibly unaligned-to-health-of-cat standards while millions already exist, forsaken and homeless, is morally abhorrent
oh dang, I don't know how much you've looked into this but Google seems to think there's a complex-but-Known procedure to turn any hair white, involving repeated bleaching and toning
I goad you to do the complex overblown thing for Real White Hair iff Google is right and it suits you
for my last year of high school I was seriously considering dying my [light brown] hair Amenta green. I tried using [I think] hair chalk once. It just turned my hair muddy gray-brown and washed out within 2 days. I think bleach was a must even for bright green; don't think you can avoid it for white
i just think that we should not need to resort to dehumanization in order to defend ourselves. taking the bumpers off means we have the potential to throw a lot of gutter balls, and innocent ppl β who arenβt actually nazis, but maybe that neighbour who hates them insists they are β will pay for it
what *do* you want to feel like when you have the opinion? for me the only options are, like, some combination of "expert", "playful", "LARPing", and "moral crusade", and, like, you can have the playful opinions, but if you post them in public or hang onto them you're probably gonna get embarrassed
