ICE intentionally release in freezing temperatures. Done same at MN Whipple detention facility. Late night push people out gate into deadly freezing temps w/o coats, gloves, hats-no phone call. Amazing volunteers sit outside Whipple 24/7 to care for those released or deaths would have been certain.

The Federal judges are holding the line; they are standing up for our constitution. We must STAY LOUD; we must STAY ENGAED. We have the power; only our pressure stops this administration from further attacking our judicial.

The Constitution clearly gives Congress the power to spend taxpayer funds, and no law allows the president to halt if he feels some US states aren’t being “good stewards” of the money.
