Allocating blame in orgs is difficult b/c multiple people were likely involved in the outcome. We suggest that people simplify this Q by using a metaphor, where the boss is the “mind”, who makes decisions, and the employees are the “body”, who carry out those decisions. More info below!

We surveyed self-identified Leftists and Liberals before the 2020 US election and asked them to characterize themselves in terms of identity, ideology, moral values, and political preferences (using qual and quant measures)
