It almost looks like a tiger! Amazing the level of additional armour that crews rigged up as improvisation.
Fantastic detail and shading/highlighting at that scale 😍

Basecoat on today. Added some cut-up gauze bandage dipped in pva around the front chassis and on the turret and gun barrel to model hessian camo net and foliage.

No matter how many times you see it that scene with Kirk Douglas on the ferry rounding up all the kids near the lifeboat before the bomb goes off is just so tense!
@joewargamer.bsky.social its going together very quickly and with no issues. It comes with a great decal sheet of unit markings but absolutely no guidance on what decals relate to what units/theatres 🤷 I’ll probably just do a simple Normandy unit
