I know I'm being petty, but I don't think I'm entirely wrong either. I'm fucking tired of my country being constantly shanked by the insane politics of Russia and USA. Both leaders were democratically elected so the people bear the responsibility: "you broke it, you fix it" principle needs to apply.
A lot has been said about the 2nd amendment and tyrannical governments, but sure, it's easy for me to say. People are trying oppose Trump by using democracy & rule of law playbook, but Trump doesn't respect those rules so they won't help much.I guess we just have to wait for Trump to die of old age.
Well, somebody is going to make a shitloads of money out of this. I have not heard a single corporate oligarch complaining about this war in public.

They would do well to remember that "I was just following orders" was not an acceptable defence in Nuremberg trials.
I kinda expected a cat to eat the pigeon or for it to explode for no obvious reason. It would have served a better symbol for world peace when geriatric dictators are setting everything on fire just because their egos are so fucking fragile.
USA has used Kurds before and betrayed them without second thought as soon as it was politically beneficial. There is no reason to expect this time to be any different: USA opens door for Kurd operations and then looks the other way after a deal has been made with Iran's next government.
Notably without any need or requirement to announce war or hostilities towards Americans - apparently this is the way these days.
It's special kind of feeling when privileged bastards and nepo babies find out the hard way that they are nothing special when they can't buy their way out of trouble with money or beg for favours with their looks.
