ACcurate COnsensus Reporting Document (ACCORD) explanation and elaboration: Guidance and examples to support reporting consensus methods Patricia Logullo and colleagues created an explanatory document that facilitates the use of the ACCORD checklist.

The ACCORD explanation & elaboration has been published in PLoS Medicine -- all 67 pages (and supplement) of it, to answer any questions you may have journals.plos.org/plosmedicine...
