In Diné tradition, the "Palm of God" refers to a sacred white marking found on the wool of some Navajo-Churro sheep. This mark is considered a blessing from the Creator, representing where the Creator laid hands on the flock. I am blessed that three of our 2025 ewe lambs received this honour.

Gorgeous multi-coloured fleece (grey, black and white) being shorn off of Bingo, a 5 year old ewe.

A heart-wrenching weekend of crying from both lambs and the ewes as we weaned the babies this weekend. By the end of the second day, peace was mostly restored.
They are curious about us, but still a little flighty after a couple of stressful days.
