The house is great for retirement, I have no mortgage and my property taxes are one tenth what they were at my old house.

We had a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. We dropped down to the smaller Tucson. It's plenty big and frankly, the new Santa Fe is ugly and gigantic.
The house was a nightmare, but it was worth the work.
The new car is a hybrid and it's getting in the low 40s. I don't do a lot of high speed/high traffic driving.
There are so many clips of the Carol Burnett Show and Tim is always the funniest one there!
