I've definitely been down that 3D isometric pixel art rabbit hole before, experimented with modeling in pixels in real time and such too, but most workflows just turned out inefficient in producing something that truly looks drawn, compared to just manually doing the work

Similar to a quest unlocking a permanent replayble quest, I'd have one big reward and an optional rematch for smaller rewards, perhaps even from an RNG table if you want to spice things up
