Example beginner balance and lower extremity strength program: Sit-to-stand Standing heel raises Seated toe raises Toe taps on step Hinge and reach forward Side stepping As many repetitions as possible in 1 minute. Repeat twice. Use counter or support object as needed Progressions: Lower seat, load it up, or hover sit-to-stand Single leg heel raise Walking on heels Step ups on step One leg hinge and reach Sideways mini-lunge includes a picture of a man bendng forward slightly at the waist with arms reaching out overhead.
Want some ideas for balance training? Sit-to-stand, standing heel raises, toe raises, toe taps on a step, hinge and reach, and side stepping might be some options.

In studies of people with low bone mass that demonstrate improvement in BMD they often combine resistance and impact training.
There is no convincing evidence that yoga can increase bone mineral density in people with low bone mass. Any studies that have been done are very low quality. Yes that includes Fishman Method. If someone is selling yoga programs for bone strength, they don't know or understand the science.

Another option is to put it in quotes e.g., "women's health initiative" to look for a phrase. I searched SCOPUS which allows you to enter author first and last name separately. there were three results (below), only one of which is relevant and it is the same article I found in pubmed:

the reason you probably didn't find it is because you used women as that would not always find "women's". next time search women* so that it finds any iteration of the word that has women in it.
