Today is the 16th anniversary with my SO.
16 years together. I love him and he always has my back and I have his back.

It's day 4 today and ngl I feel much more happier, less stressed and not completely drained from work.
It's weird but it makes me more relaxed
The heart palpitations from the 1st day are gone. I'm still struggling in some points but I'm still at the beginning.

They didn't even considered that adhd is different for female persons. The other therapist gave me the questionnaire to fill out at home so I can ask my mom and take my time
And now here I am with a diagnosis on paper... black on white.

Today I have my appointment to get my adhd meds.
The thing is that I'm going with mixed feelings. Because the only doctor that offered an appointment was the one that told me that I don't have adhd 3.5 years ago.
They did a test within 20 minutes where I had to remember my childhood.1/2

Yeah, I already do a lot what people suggest but with the RSD I really wanted to be sure it's part of the adhd.

Maybe I can work on it better when I try out some meds.

Luckily I got an appointment at my old Psychatrist next week already.

Getting to know that RSD is real with ADHD.
I wish it wasn't such a pain in the ass. I know people don't want to hurt but they still hurt thanks to this condition.
