I was proud to open the debate for the Scottish Greens in my colleagues Mark Ruskell's Bill on ending greyhound racing in Scotland for good.

The only way to protect these dogs is to end the practice entirely.

Very important debate this afternoon in the @parliament.scot - the stage 1 debate on the Greyhound Racing (Offences) (Scotland) Bill. We hope the Bill passes this stage and we move a step closer the greyhound racing being banned in Scotland.
