@kostermann.bsky.social presented our joint work on how pioneer gentrifier follow artists and raise the gentrification probability in poor neighborhoods. Getting closer to understanding sorting patterns creates the possibility for prediction and intervention in spatial inequality.

Ich widerspreche dem auch gar nicht! Es geht mir, wie schon erwähnt eben um die Planungssicherheit und darum, nicht einfach irgendwas in den Raum zu werfen, ohne konkreten Plan, was dann alle nervös macht. Das ist einfach schlechter politischer Stil.

Plus: das wäre dann auch gegen Rentenpunkte von Betreuungszeiten, wenn man es zu Ende denkt, oder ?

Es sollte, wie ich finde, vor allem eine Art Rechts- und Planungssicherheit geben. Sonst hätte ich vielleicht nicht oder anders studiert?

Hab mal gegoogelt. Ich hab’s nicht falsch verstanden.

Es war ungefähr wenn jemand seit er (sic!) 16 ist, arbeitet dann arbeitet er länger als jemand der bis 25 studiert und zahlt ja mehr ein und sollte dann auch nach den Beitragsjahren in Rente gehen. Like true aber Konzept?

Hat eigentlich in dem Miosga niemand gehört, dass er gesagt hat, Studium soll nicht mehr an die Rente angerechnet werden??? Hab ich da was falsch verstanden?
