Across London, snow removal crews have plowed more than 200 cm of snowfall so far this winter.
It’s been a very different winter than past years, and crews continue to be out across the city, and are ready for the forecast ahead.

"In a typical year, London’s road plows are fully deployed approximately six times each winter. This winter season, road plows have been fully deployed 32 times so far.
Sidewalk plows have been fully deployed 35 times, when an average year experiences eight deployments.

Previously only available by request, this new resource makes information more accessible for Londoners. This dashboard also allows elected officials to more readily make informed policy choices regarding greenhouse gas emissions.

While the City of London is still well behind on our targets for the Climate Emergency Action Plan, we do have a new tool which can help us make more informed decisions: the City's Corporate Energy Consumption Dashboard.

There are many rescue and shelter organizations in London that have adoption programs. If you’re thinking of getting a cat, check out London Animal Care Centre, S.A.L.T. Rescue, Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue or the Humane Society of Middlesex & London to see if any of their felines are right for you.

Meet Stan, our shelter cat. My partner adopted this ten and a half year old fuzzball a decade ago. He’s affectionate on his own terms and fiercely independent. He’s very playful, appreciates gentle pets, but despises being held or carried.

I’m bringing a motion to SPPC that aligns #LdnOnt 's Economic Development Strategy with the Downtown Plan.

Both strategies must move together with clear priorities, accountability, and a shared focus on strengthening business confidence, investment, and long-term economic growth across the city.

Do you see homelessness in #LdnOnt as a big problem? This motion would help maintain the affordable housing we already have, reduce the number of people falling into homelessness, and align directly with what Council has said many times it intends to do for our city.

E-scooters are not toys.

As you shop this holiday season, remember riders must be 16+, wear helmets if under 18, and follow speed & road rules.
