Todays progress a just over a month in
Just over a month ago I decided to make some lifestyle changes to better both my mental and physical health. Been adjusting my meals, attending the gym 5+ days a week and being active each day if not able to get there. Friends have already seen a change but today I saw it for myself. 😀🤯
