Yesterday was a beautiful day with Assemblymember Carrie Woerner at the Saratoga Polo School. I had the opportunity to take a polo lesson, learn about the doors Great Strides Equestrian Foundation opens for young people in equestrian sports and see some of the great student athletes play a chucker!
Today alongside Assemblymember Romero, I visited the Frank Chapman Memorial Institute, announcing a $1.25 million grant to renovate and update the facility, ensuring it continues its great work across the community. We also toured Swinburne Park, a green space and playground frequented by families.
The great work done at both Abilities First and Legal Services for the Hudson Valley helps so many from vulnerable communities here in NY.
